Labor has a better political structure to win – Plateau senatorial candidate – The Sun Nigeria

Mr. Gyang Zi, Labor Party (LP) senatorial candidate for the Northern Plateau, says the party has a better structure than other dominant parties in the country.

Zi, a lawyer, said so in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Jos on Sunday.

The senatorial candidate said youth and ordinary Nigerians who want the best for the country are the structure of the party.

According to him, the popularity of the party is spreading like wildfire due to its unique structure and the quality of its presidential candidate and running mate.

“Election is about voting, and young people and women have the highest percentage of voters.

“And if you have the youth and the women who are in the majority in every voting unit to cast and defend their votes, then there is no better structure than that,” he said.

Zi said that the other parties, apart from their abysmal performance over the years, have divided Nigeria along ethnic and religious lines.

He said other political parties had failed miserably to address the myriad challenges plaguing the country.

“They failed to address key challenges such as insecurity and the deplorable state of the national economy.

“The LP presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, has proven beyond reasonable doubt that he has the ability to solve problems if elected.

“Nigerians, especially the youth, are aware of its performance and credibility, and that is the reason for the overwhelming support the party enjoys,” he said.

The senatorial candidate said his experience as a legal practitioner would be invaluable in ensuring quality representation for his constituents.

Zi said his chances of winning the election were bright due to the overwhelming support he and the LP enjoyed from individuals and groups. (NOPE)
